Yes! We require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your start date on our calendar, and projects are typically broken into payment plans for your convenience.

Most of our communication will be through your online client portal and recorded videos, and may include a handful of Zoom calls. Our clients (especially those in different time zones) love the freedom to respond in their own working hours, and we find it helps with keeping on track and sticking to timelines throughout the project.
